The result of 5 years (1980 to 1985) of hardcore Research & Development under the personal supervision of Mr. Dinesh K. Soni, Prop: DISON-TEC.

Mr. Soni is an expert in the field of jewellery casting. Been associated with it for 25 years as a jeweller. Today Machines produced by DISON-TEC are being successfully used in SEEPZ (100% export zone), Mumbai, as well as all over India. & abroad.

The existing technology for casting Gold, Silver, Platinum and studded Jewellery is not Intricate, due to simplified designs , easy operations and the requirement of minimum technical expertise. We provide an 8 days step-by-step practical training session at our factory right up to the casting stage of jewellery.

Consultancy :
We also render consultancy for total factory Setup. This incorporates layout plans, work bench designs, choosing the right locatlon for each procsssing division, metal master making guidance, Rubber mould making, Wax InjectIon, tree forming of wax models, embedding it in Investment powder, Burnout programming, metal melting, casting. Filing, Finishing, polishing, stone setting & electro micron plating and most
importantly, GOLD LOSS MANAGEMENT & Quality Control.
